Kyoto Zen is a handcrafted open-top moss microlandscape in smoke-tinted high-borosilicate glass — a small tree and grassy greenery over mossy slopes, a stone pagoda tucked into the rockwork, and a lone red-cloaked traveler climbing the stone steps. A slim grow light arches over the top to keep it glowing. At 24 cm tall, it settles onto a desk, a study shelf, or a reception counter as a calm, green focal point.

Your Grow Light — Two Ways

Every landscape ships with a plant grow light to support healthy photosynthesis indoors. Pick the one that fits how you like to run it:

• Timing light (USB): run it for 9 hours the first time, then it switches on and off automatically on the same daily cycle. USB-powered with an inline timer switch.
• Manual light (plug-in): a simple on/off switch — light it 8–10 hours a day. Standard wall plug.

Q. Is it alive?

= The moss is living and needs regular watering. The scene is built on natural stone with a pagoda, a figure, and greenery styled as pictured.

Q. How often do I water it — and can I use tap water?

= Water every 5–7 days, and skip the tap. Use pure, mineral, or purified water, soaking the soil through to the base of the moss without leaving the moss submerged.

Q. How much light does it need?

= Bright, indirect light, or run the included grow light. Direct sun is too harsh for the moss and heats up the glass.

Q. Will mine look exactly like the photos?

= Very close, but not identical. Each landscape is shaped by hand, so every piece is a little different — that's the charm.

Q. Is it a good gift?

= Yes — it ships with gift-ready packaging, a care manual, and tweezers, and arrives ready to display.

12-Hour Reporting Window: All claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery. Claims after this window will not be accepted. No exceptions.

Photo Evidence Required: Submit clear photos of damaged or dead plants/moss along with your unboxing video.

Replacement Only — No Cash Refunds: We offer free replacement for eligible DOA claims. Cash refunds are not available for live plant products.

Not Covered:

• Claims submitted after 12 hours of delivery
