🌳 About CryoMoss & The Vertex II planting system:

1. The Vertex II planting system is made up of handcrafted geometrical glass cover, 3D-printed (corn-based biopolymer) CryoMoss Module and 3D-printed (corn-based biopolymer) water reservoir base. The "Module" and "Base" are bio-degradable if you discard them, but structurally stable in an in-door environment.

2. CryoMoss is a dormant live moss that underwent treatment and cultivation in small fragment batches in our lab for up to 12 months to remove potential pests.

3. We ship them in a low water content or dry state, and you can "wake" them up from their dormant state by spraying them with water. It takes about a week to a month to fully flourish after revival.

4. By complementing the Module (parametric Moss grid planting system), which is entirely 3D printed with plant-based materials and optimized for life support, CryoMoss is planted in a 100% SOILLESS environment.

5. CryoMoss thrives well between 10℃ (50℉) to 25℃ (77℉) with 8 hours of indoor / passive sunlight daily and requires a weekly total surface watering. Condensation is present 99% of the time, delivering a mysterious "mossy forest" experience.

6. Avoid letting CryoMoss enter another drought cycle to prevent moss cell damage.

7. The Vertex II planting system prevents overwatering, one of the primary causes of unhealthy moss, by passively allowing excessive water to drain into a water catchment reservoir at the bottom of its structure.

8. AVOID extended exposure to high-temperature 40℃ (104℉) or direct sunlight as that can kill the CryoMoss or deform the plant-based biopolymer structure.

If you accidentally damaged your Vertex II Living Moss Wall with CryoMoss beyond repair or broke its glass, they are available as a replacement and sold separately.

1. Please message us your phone number; our logistic partners strongly recommend it for shipping waybill generation.

2. Strictly no refund & cancellation once we start shipping your order.

3. We DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS / EXCHANGES.

4. We are NOT responsible for theft once the parcel is delivered to your location. Receiving the package personally or leaving it to someone you trust is advisable.

5. We ship our terrariums daily and pack the glassware professionally and securely with thick, custom-fitted carton boxes. (Thousands of orders shipped internationally)

6. We ship as fast as we can. However, infrequent shipping delays due to unexpected events such as customs hold-ups, or force majeure (natural disasters) are not within our field of control.

7. 100% safe arrival guarantee. If your order arrives cracked / broken / with a defect, please INFORM US WITHIN 48 HOURS based on the delivery time stated in the tracking status. If you take a video during the unboxing process, it helps to resolve any issue quickly, too.

We will assess the matter swiftly and consider the next, best course of action.

8. Kindly note that this is 100% handmade glass and & moss in TerraLiving, and it’s not possible for every piece to be 100% the same, perfect, and flawless.

9. Minor, non-life-threatening scratches or accidental fingerprints on the glass may exist.

Inconsistencies not visible from a viewing distance of 30cm or about 1 ft are not considered defects because we made everything with our hands instead of machines.

10. Leftover moss fragments, leaves, and other preserved natural organic matter may be present because these are all 100% real natural materials.

11. We use moss adhesive to hold them in position. There may be remnants of them around the moss / glass, but these are not defects.

12. If you are a perfectionist who expects 100% perfect design, sorry, but it does not exist in our artwork.

13. Photos were taken under natural light (background) & TerraLight or cool-white display light (on moss) with a Mirrorless Camera. Expect a certain level of colour differences between what you see on screen and the real thing.
