Indian Almond Leaves are a staple in betta, shrimp, and all aquariums for a good reason. They break down slowly to create tannins and provide a nutrient-rich surface for biofilm to grow.

AAA Grade, slow-dried and not crumbly. Packaged well to protect your leaves.

All of our leaves are grown naturally, pesticide and artificial fertilizer-free. I recommend rinsing in tank-safe water before use in the aquarium just to remove any debris.

Leaves and botanicals provide natural vitamins and nutrients as well as tannins and humic acid to the water.

When adding a lot of leaves/botanicals to a small aquarium, the tannins can tint the water. If this is not desired just use a small leave or half of a large leaf for every 10 gallons of water so it does not affect water tint.
